1.Avoid fools bad character.
အက်င့္စာရိတၱမေကာင္း လူမိုက္ေတြကုိ ေ၀းေ၀းေရွာင္ပါ...။
2.Associate with the wise.
ပညာရွိလူေတာ္လူေကာင္းနဲ႕ေပါင္းပါ...။
3.Honour to honourable.
ပူေဇာ္ထုိက္သူကုိပူေဇာ္ပါ...။
4.Live where virtue, wealth, knowledge are available.
သင့္ေလ်ာ္တဲ့ ကုသုိလ္ဥစၥာပညာရမည့္ေနရာတြင္ေနထုိင္ပါ...။
5.Do wholesome deeds before.
အရင္ကကုသုိလ္ေတြကုိ ျပဳလုပ္ပါ...။
6.physically health, do good in mind.
က်န္းမာေအာင္ေနျပီး စိတ္ေကာင္းလည္းေမြးပါ...။
7.Try to get vast knowledge and learning.
အၾကားအျမင္မ်ားေအာင္ဗဟုသုတတုိးပြားေအာင္ ႀကဳိးစားပါ...။
8.Learn a job to work for an earning livelihood.
အသက္ေမြး၀မ္းေက်ာင္းပညာတစ္ခုခုကုိ တတ္ေအာင္သင္ပါ...။
9.Follow descipline all your action.
စည္းကမ္းရိွရွိသြားလာေနထုိင္ပါ...။
10.Speak truthfully and gently.
မွန္မွန္ကန္ကန္ ယဥ္ေက်းေျပာဆုိဆက္ဆံပါ...။
11.Support and look after father and mother.
မိဘႏွစ္ပါးကိုျပဳစုေစာင့္ေရွာက္ပါ...။
12.Support wife and children: instruct your children.
သားမယားကုိျပဳစုေထာက္ပံံ့ပါ။သားသမီးေတြကုိလိမၼာေအာင္သြန္သင္ပါ...။
13.Follow blameless business occupation.
အျပစ္ကင္းေသာစီးပြားေရးကုိလုပ္ပါ...။
14.Give alms, help as mush as possible.
တတ္ႏုိင္သမွ်စြန္႕ၾကဲေပးကမ္းလႈဒါန္းပါ...။
15.Do wholesome deeds,not to destroy character.
သုစရုိက္တရားက်င့္ပါ။ကုိယ့္က်င့္တရားကိုမပ်က္ျပားေစနဲ႕...။
16.Support relatives.
ေဆြမ်ဳိးမ်ားကုိေထာက္ပ့ံကူညီပါ...။
17.Do public welfare service voluntarily.
လူထုအက်ဳိးျပဳလုပ္ငန္းကုိ ၀ုိင္း၀န္းကူညီေဆာင္ရြက္ပါ...။
18.Avoid thinking evil.
မေကာင္းမႈေတြကုိမေတြးပါနဲ႕...။
19.Avoid bad speech, bad deeds.
မေကာင္းတဲ႕စကားမေျပာနဲ႕... မေကာင္းတဲ့အလုပ္ေရွာင္ပါ...။
20.Avoid liquor, harmful drugs.
အရက္ေသစာမေသာက္နဲ႕...မူးယစ္ေဆးမသုံးစြဲနဲ႕...။
21.Do not forget good deeds.
ကုသုိလ္ေတြလုပ္ဖုိ႕မေမ့နဲ႕...။
22.Give respect to Bikkhus, parents, teacher, and elders.
ရဟန္းသံဃာ..မိဘ...ဆရာ...လူႀကီးမ်ားကုိ ရုိေသပါ...။
23.Do not be prideful.
ဘ၀င္မျမင့္ပါနဲ႕...။
24.Be satisfied easily with the wage and job you do.
ရွိတာေလးနဲ႕ေရာင္ရဲတင့္တိမ္ပါ...။
25.acknowledge gratitude: repay gratitude.
သူ႕ေက်းဇူးကုိသိပါ..ျပန္လည္ေပးဆပ္ပါ...။
26.Listen the correct Dhamma at suitable time, read Dhamma books
discuss Dhamma.
သင့္ေလ်ာ္တဲ့အခ်ိန္မွာ တရားေဆြးေႏြးပါ..ဖတ္ပါ..နားေထာင္ပါ...။
27.Be patient,
အရာရာမွာသည္းခံပါ...။
28.Obey the instructions of parents, teacher and elders.
မိဘဆရာလူၾကီးတုိ႕ရဲ႕စကားကုိ လုိက္နာပါ...။
29.Go near to good wise persons to worship.
သူေတာ္ေကာင္းမ်ားထံေတြ႕ဆုံဖူးေျမာ္ပါ...။
30.Take examples, methods from them, discuss them.
အခါအားေလ်ာ္စြာ ဓမၼစကားကုိေဆြးေႏြးပါ...။
31.Control eye,ear,nose,tongue,bodily faculties or senses.
မ်က္စိနားႏွာ...လွ်ာကုိယ္စိတ္...ကုိအလုိမလုိက္နဲ႕...။
32.Cultivate four divine abiding high minds.
ျဗဟၼစုိရ္တရားကုိ လက္ကုိင္ထားပါ...။
33.See everything with truthful eye, wisdom eye.( the four noble of truth)
သစၥာေလးပါးတရားကုိျမင္ကုိက်င့္ပါ....။
34.Do to get Nibbana. practise Vipassana daily.
နိဗၺာန္ရဖုိ႕ရန္ ေန႕စဥ္၀ိပႆနာကုိအားထုတ္ပါ...။
35.To attain Noble state, be patient with good and evil.
ေလာကဓံကုိသည္းခံႏုိင္ေအာင္ၾကိဳးစားပါ...။
36.Be life free from danger or harm by vipassana meditation.
ဘ၀လြတ္ေျမာက္ေရး...ေသာကကင္းေ၀းေရး..၀ိပႆနာအားထုတ္ပါ...။
37.Be peaceful in mental and spirit spheres by vipassana.
ကိေလသာျမဴမ၀င္ထာ၀ရ မ်က္စိၾကည္လင္ေအာင္ ၀ိပႆနာအားထုတ္ပါ...။
38.To get freed in from death let us meditate by vipassana.
ေသေဘးလြတ္ရန္ နိဗၺာန္ရဖုိ႕...၀ိပႆနာအားထုတ္ၾကစုိ႕....။
